Where do we ship to?

We currently ship in the USA (excluding Alaska & Hawaii) and Canada. 

How much does it cost?

If the total sum of your order is over $49 than your order ships FREE via standard UPS Ground.

How long does it take?

Our goal is to provide you with your product as quickly as possible and we intend to do everything in our power to ensure that. If we have the item you request in stock, it can be shipped within 3 days. However, some of the items in our catalog might not be in stock and therefore we depend on the manufacturer's time schedule.

Warranty and Damages

All lighting fixtures from come with a 1-year warranty and are guaranteed against any shipping damages or defects. In the rare event that your item arrives damage, it must be reported within two business days. If the box is visibly damaged upon arrival at your home you must note this on the bill of lading when you sign for the chandelier.

Items may be returned within 30 days of purchase. 

Restocking Fees

There is NO RESTOCKING FEE for any items purchase on


Refunds will be issued upon confirmation of receipt. The product will be inspected and as long as it is in new condition, received in its original packaging, and sent to the correct warehouse, you will be issued the refund you are due, less any applicable fees or handling charges. Restrictions apply (shipping offers do not apply to over sized items, furniture or decor). 

Please contact and request for an RMA number in order to proceed. 

Items must be returned with all original papers, parts, associated pieces and in the original packaging. Returned items are to be un-installed, in new condition, with no clipped wires or missing hardware. Buyer is responsible for submitting proof of tracking package in an email to Return shipping must be prepaid by the customer, and the return package must be insured for the full retail value of the merchandise .Please email our customer support department in advance for a Return Authorization. Returns will not be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization.


Damaged Items

In the event that an item is damaged in transit, we will do everything we can to resolve the matter immediately. All claims for damaged items must be reported within 30 days. When items are shipped by UPS or FEDEX, we must contact them within two business days to ensure a quick, free of charge resolution. Upon inspecting the merchandise, please contact us by calling our phone number (888) 752-5448, noting what was damaged, so that we can assist you immediately, and expedite a new item right away.
